"If negative 5 stars were possible, I’d leave that. Horrible service, specifically Paul himself. There was a major issue and lack of communication on our policy which I had just switched everything over to and received a letter saying coverage was being terminated. Reached out to Paul SEVERAL times to receive one to receive one very scripted policy with zero personable interaction. Zero accountability when our issue, was 100% their fault and lack of disclosure which they never owned up to. When the issue was brought up to corporate no information, records, documentation, or anothing other than a satellite image of our property in the shade, was provided. That’s how the roof was determined in need to repair. A satellite image, with full shade from our tree. Zero course of action other than WE could pay for an inspection and file a dispute. This branch did absolutely nothing to assist or offer assistance. Horrible customer service. Paul is a disgrace to State Farm. Needless to say, I immediately removed all my policies, my wife’s, and her family’s. Will NEVER do business with State Farm again. Forgot to add. All of this would have been avoidable if one of his agents would’ve informed us the homeowners policy was contingent on and inspection. We were told, when we left the office. Exact words “cancel your existing policy tomorrow”."

"I have been with State Farm for awhile now. My rates just go up and up. Very difficult to get straight answers about your policy rates. One day it's this the next day it's that. The person that was helping me just talks in circles, you can never get a straight answer. First word every time is "well" I have to wait for this or wait for that. I have been trying to get an accurate number for almost 2 months. Noone can give me that amount. Just beware of this agent. Doesn't seem to be very honest or trustworthy. Never get call back when I need help."

I learned so much about how insurance coverage works, losses covered, losses not covered, etc. Erica spent two hours explaining everything to me in detail, and gave it all a common sense perspective. "This is the worst state farm office ever constantly changing their prices on you making almost $600 prices or more on insurance when it should’ve only been 300 and some and then coming up with excuses of why The insurance prices went up saying that either it’s your credit score or you didn’t sign paperwork that was already signed and personally delivered to them will not answer the phone when you try getting a hold of them very rude customer service hangs up on you when you’re trying to talk to them and constantly sending paperwork through the mail for no reason at all even after you cancel your policy with them would never recommend this company to anybody"
